  3. Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend the sessions, you may transfer your registration to another individual with prior approval from us. Please inform us of the change in registration details at least 5 days before the scheduled date.

  4. Technical Issues: In the unlikely event of technical difficulties on our end that prevent you from accessing the training sessions, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, we cannot offer refunds for such instances as the value of the service remains intact.
